Terms & Conditions

Service Agreement:

1 . Growing Minds Nanny Care agrees to provide in-home childcare services for up to five children at a time at the primary location of residence for the family receiving the care.

a. Departure from the premises for activities is permitted upon discussion and agreement between the provider and legal guardian.

2. The client agrees to pay the agreed-upon rate for the specified duration of the service. Payment is to be provided at time of service.

Safety and Security:

1 . Parents/guardians must ensure the safety and security of the premises where the service will be provided. All necessary safety measures and equipment must be provided and maintained.

a. Growing Minds Nanny Care is not responsible for bodily harm or injury as a result of the environment within which services are rendered.

2 . All children under our care must have up-to-date immunizations as required by local laws and regulations.

3 . All children under our care must be fever free without the use of fever reducers as well as free of the following symptoms unless otherwise advised by a doctor: Cough, Runny Nose, Congestion,  Vomiting,  Diarrhea.

Booking and Cancellation:

1 . To secure a booking, the client must either contact Amber directly, or  provide the necessary information through the scheduling portal, including dates, times, and any specific instructions or requirements.

2 . A 48-hour notice is required for any cancellations or schedule changes (rescheduling and short-notice cancellation will be honored for illnesses only).

a. Failure to provide proper notice may result in cancellation fees up to half of the cost of the booked service.

Payment and Late Fees:

1 . Payment for services must be made in full before the termination of service. Accepted forms of payment include cash, check, venmo, apple pay, or zelle.

2 . Late payment fees may be applied if payment is not received within the agreed-upon timeframe.

a . Collections and litigation may be sought if payment is not made.

Confidentiality:

1 . Growing Minds Nanny Care respects the privacy of its clients and their families. All personal information shared during the course of our services will be treated with the utmost confidentiality.

Code of Conduct:

1 . Our nannies are committed to providing a safe and nurturing environment for all children in our care. We expect parents/guardians to treat our nannies with respect and professionalism in return.

2 . All parties involved must behave in a manner that promotes a positive environment, refraining from any form of violence, abuse, or harassment.

Liability:

1 . Growing Minds Nanny Care and its employees shall not be held responsible for any injuries, accidents, damages, or losses that occur during the provision of services.

a . Parents/guardians are responsible for maintaining their insurance coverage.

Termination of Services:

1 . Growing Minds Nanny Care reserves the right to terminate services if there is a breach of these terms and conditions or if the child’s behavior poses a risk to themselves or others.

2 . Clients may terminate services by providing a written notice of termination, respecting any agreed-upon notice periods.

Changes to Terms and Conditions:

1 . Growing Minds Nanny Care reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to all existing clients and will come into effect immediately.

By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
